"I wanted to increase Zac's healing while at the same time, help boost my team (assuming you have the rune: font of life). This is helpful in teamfights cause sometimes you may not have enough damage (when building tank). So, might as well increase you whole teams damage while still being tanky. Alt"

Yes sunfire is good. Compared to the other tank mythics, Sunfire provides a stronger dmg passive and ability haste. Furthermore, it's a good combination with the rune: Conquerer.
