Nubs can't touch you when you do nothing but throw down walls of pain on their faces, due to the insane CDR this build supplies.

Two things I'd like to mention/comment/bring to light. The first is that this guide says its "Stale" as the freshness goes, but from what I can tell its pretty up-to-date with the last patches. Is there a reason for this?
