"I you really like taking Transcendence it's better to pick it over Absolute Focus. Because Gathering Storm is really strong late game (as kayle is). But to be honest, 10% cooldown isn't really much compared to the benefits of other runes."

"wukong got updated recently, they'll probably start nerfing him soon. And I pretty much agree about akali. They kept nerfing her several times and she's really weak now (I can defeat her as a level 6 kayle now... she was my main ban before)"
