Just remember Soraka tends to have more strengths early while Sona scales extremely well (perhaps better than any other support in the game). Maybe choose Soraka to babysit a scaling"

Everything blows her up and she takes some time/exp to scale. Right now Thresh, Leona, Pyke, Alistar etc. are quite strong, and they're all good at punishing a misposition from a Sona player"
