"Orianna is the type of champion that has enough damage output early game that you won't need any flat AP runes which is your first mistake here. Also I think that your Void Staff is a little bit unnecessary unless you plan to always play against a team that is stacking up on Magic Resistance."

"You don't need Clarity if you're going to be getting an Archangel's Staff, and Orianna doesn't need the extra AP early game from flat runes for AP. If you do decide to give her extra AP from runes, you minus well just use per level runes for extra AP late game instead."

"I don't think that Flat Runes for Ability Power are a good choice unless you're playing someone like Akali. Furthermore, Orianna doesn't need a Zhonya's Hourglass because she shouldn't even be near the middle of the fight anyway."

"This guide only has 3 items for ability power while one of those 3 requires kills and assists to even get its full effect. Needs more AP in my opinion."
