"I always thought Rally would be useful on Jarvan, and the if it does stack with even 1 other Rally, that takes that pesky little 35 AD and makes it a hefty 70 AD, and you have a master yi as your carry, his wuju style with the two Rallies will give him 140 AD, and that can be the game change"
