I've never ever seen any Fiddlesticks players get this item on him, but to me it doesn't sound all that bad. The slow could keep people in your Drain longer and make it easier to deliver full...

"I like this build and I jungle Tryndamere the same way, but one thing I'd recommend is to get Red Buff after your first recall rather than blue. After that go to wolves, then Blue, then so on so forth. Other than that it's not a bad guide."
