"A couple things that stop me from voting (as I like the guide, but there are errors, etc)
1) You have a ton of extra "" marks (these don't change my opinion on voting, they just bother me)
2) You have "Uniqe" items/"Uniqe Skills" which is spelle"

"Not bad, but there are some things to fix.
For the items on the last section use square brackets and write it as:
[ ] (with no spaces) and put "Sorcerer's Shoes" (without the "" marks ) in the middle
which will deem
sorcerer's shoes"
