It is new around here and I am sure that it will grow bigger and better :-)
But I play karthus a little different, if you want to, you can maybe add it to your guide.
For instance:
If my tank fails or if nobody else hase the balls to initiate I flash into enemy team pop E "

I got a quadrakill and a triplekill in this round
and had 828 AP in the end.
PS: I hate RoA .. and it isn't in your guide which makes the guide even better ;-)"

I tried different builds on karthus, but this one just works best, especially because of rylai's scepter. (no karthus guide seems to use it else)
Until now I played Karthus for like 30 games with this build and lost just 3 or 4 time"
