"BOTRK was an item designed to help Peel, help sustain, and help chase. Nothings changed except that you can't use it outside of some ADC's range. Vayne could glue to you from OUTSIDE of her attack range with it.
The item was overpowered because it was an end all be all must have on a lot of champ"
