Posted a Comment: "Basically any item that has an on hit passive, and any ability that has an on hit passive. Meaning stuff like teemo's poison, red buff, Frozen Mallet, etc. will work with this. It's really nice, I'm gonna try it on AP Teemo and On-Hit Teemo when it comes out."

Depending on how Phantom Dancer ends up, this might be a suitable replacement in some situations, granted the crit chance that PD gives is very helpful, 60% attack speed can't be overlooked and with such a nice passive"
