"Rylai's Crystal Scepter Vs. Liandry's Torment
As you've said in your guide, Rylai's passive becomes redundant with cosmic binding (and also Meep slows after you collect 45 chimes). So I was wondering if Liandry's might be a better option.

"You may want to remove Frozen Mallet. They reworked slows so that they don't stack, back in patch 5.13. Now, Frozen Mallet's slow won't apply to Meep auto attacks once Bard collects 45 chimes. Before that, you only gain an additional 5% of slow on Meep autos."
