Posted a Comment: "I think it´s must have for squishy mage like Ahri! Decent shield - can save your life, epic AP bonus - about 140 (+60 from standard item=200+AP) in classic game! I buy it sometimes also on supports, because more mana = better chance to help/save your carry/teammates."
