My goal in playing League of Legends, aside from having fun, is to be a positive influence upon those I play with.
And should I ever get to the point where that changes, I would have myself perma-banned.
I find those who would speak all manner of disgusting insults to another person to be one of the lowest forms of scum this game has to offer.
