"Why must it be tanky? Why is neither AD or AP Twisted Fate built tanky? How do I not get the best of both worlds, and "the opposite"? How come there are no exceptions? AP Twisted Fate is vulnerable to large burst and this build can actually burst people down harder than regular AP Twisted "
