Sloppy summoner spell section.
Max Q ASAP , easier last hitting.
The support will notice your teleport gank usually. You can always see where someone teleports if you just keep awareness of the dragon/baron."

Pros should be green.
Alternative rune section is a bit sloppy.
I don't agree with havoc. Your spin will also deal increased damage when you take havoc which means huge amounts of AoE.
