Posted a Comment: Jun 7th, 2011 "Abyssal Scepter offers 10 less AP for 27 extra MR and a 20 MR debuff aura while costing 800 less than Lich Bane; like the MR debuff helps your entire team (and you) out, while Lich Bane is sort of selfish and is ineffective against gap closers who will get to you regardless of how fast you run. I"
