Posted a Comment: Sep 24th, 2012 "Downvoted because of bad arguments for pretty much everything. Take Rylai's for example. You dont need the slow to catch up to people because hitting Q is enough. Just Q + R and you are staying next to them. Use E after. No need for the slow."
