Posted a Comment: Jul 28th, 2011 "Ya the patch blow things up but with full fury bar and it only decays after 10 secs so simply hit a minion in this time you get 45% crit chance on lvl 1 including the starting item 8% and masteries for sure so if you run 46% crit damage you are far stronger than before old bloodlust needed to be lvl"
