I am Whispering Eyes.
Recently transferred to OCE from Garena Philippine Server.

Started playing LoL in NA during S1 but I stopped playing, and made a new account in S2 in the Philippines. Before I transferred would've gotten a higher rank before I transferred to OCE if I didn't transfer colleges, but oh well. I was Silver 3 in PH server before I moved to OCE.
