Posted a Comment: "Be creative...after latest patch (.120) double phil stones at the start is no longer viable (at least for the gold boost). I now go faerie charm + mana/health pots + ward. Yes, mana regen is much lower, but I gain utility in the form of an early ward. The early ward has saved my lane's ass alon"
