Posted a Comment: Feb 7th, 2012 "While getting a Tear early would combat his mana issues, you are sacrificing quite a bit of AP in the early game. Plus, as long as you don't spam his Q the clarity runes should keep you from running out of mana. Also I mentioned in my guide to try and grab blue as often as your jungler will allow. Y"
