Posted a Comment: "Hey about Ninja Tabi, it doesn't matter whether the reduction comes before or after armor reduction because 0.5 x 0.9 = 0.45 and 0.9 x 0.5 = 0.45 so you end up with the same result regardless of which is calculated first."

The idea is (or so I assume) that Galio can be a counter-pick to mid AP characters because he can be built so that he has 87 MR (which translates to 45 AP) at the start of the game. With stats"
