Marksmen implies precision and accuracy, marksmen/ADCs just have to right click on someone and move around a bit (obviously it's not that simple but the point is they aren't like snipin"

Sunfire isn't as good as randuin's imo cause panth is more of a burst champ and the active helps him chase with spears or disengage, not to mention its tea"
