"Scout is a terrible mastery point. Marks should be changed as MissMaw said to either Mpen or hybrid pen.
Your guide is way too short, lacking detail and coding. Runes and masteries chapters in particular give me 0 insight as to why you chose those runes/masteries over some other options.

"9th point in utility should be runic affinity.
Runes are poopy. Seals should be armor or in some cases health or mana regen. Glyphs can be AP but then you have absolutely no MR therefore I would get flat MR or scaling.
Items start out ok, but I personally think hourglass should be purchase"

"Shen's core items are Sunfire Cape and Spirit Visage, not Wit's End or Warmog's Armor.
Warmog's Armor is only good if the enemy team doesn't have a lot of % health damage such as Blade of the Ruined King, Liandry's Torment, or skills that deal %health.

-Masteries 21/9/0 there is no reason to have 25 points in offense.
-The health regen mastery in defense is useless on most champs, especially Yi. Put the 9 points in"
