"thanks for reply. 5-20? revitalize would be 15% of Mana barrier's 50% of mana? so at least 40 at level 1. I understand what you are saying though. thanks"

"is revitalize only useful for adc? wouldn't it help with blitz's mana barrier?
also same with shieldbash? wouldn't that work with mana barrier? and nullifying orb rune?
