"AP Ezreal's Mystic Shot is better than AD Ezreal's as long as you get lichbane. However, using sheen with AD Ezreal, I find, works better overall as having high AD synergizes with EZ's awesome passive.
I find that if you don't kick ass in the beginning with EZ you can't really do all that well"

"I like the build, but just a suggestion: get archangel staff after the boots of lucidity - it's too expensive to rush for that early. Plus, having a reduced cooldown will have good synergy with your Tear of the Goddess. This benefit is great to have sooner than later.
