"I already voted your guide, but... why do you take CDR Glyphs? Mejai's = 15%, boots = another 15%, masteries = 9%, so it's 39% and max CDR you can get is 40%... So Glyph of Potency is best choice here, if you want to go "pure AP-wh*re" ;)"
