BigDaddySoul's Bronze/Silver Tier List 8.5: "Just as a note i think every champion can be played efficiently and if you like one in tier 4 then go for it. but i would stress you to stay away from tier 5 picks untill the item builds change or if they get buffs. realistically anything in tier 1-4 is playable right now."
