"-1 from me. There are ways to clear the jungle faster and gank better
You should only need to start out with a Regrowth Pendant and a Health Potion
For your Runes you need MR per level Glyphs and Movement Speed Quints. This adds some late game greater durability and you can jungle and gank a lot"
