The HP/level seals give 174.96 HP and 4.374 AP. So, you sacrifice about 12 AP for about 145 more HP by switching from AP/level to HP/level. Thanks to "

However, I must complain about the Morello's Evil Tome...I understand that your main focus is to lower your cooldowns so that you can spam Transfusion, but the mana regen just seems...ehh. Also, you should have some more strategies on certain things like laning, harassing, ganking, etc. However, I do believe that your build is solid and the explanations for items is good"
