"Could anyone tell me whether flat or % magic pen is calculated first?
e.g.
if Sion has 100 MR, and i have sorc boots (flat 20Mpen) and void staff (40% mpen), what reduction will occur in his MR?
will it be flat first then %?
(100 - 20)*(1-0.4) = 48 remaining MR
or will it be % first"
