Basically the simulations I ran confirm that the build you are already taking is optimal. For the first big item, The Black Cleaver gives highest DPS for duelling, Duskblade of Draktharr gives highest burst damage for assassinating.

"It's very useful how the guide now matches items with evolutions, that's a nice way to think about things and avoid confusion. But the guide currently seems in two minds about whether Youmuu's Ghostblade is a good or bad item!
