How do I escape ELO hell?
So... recently I went from mid 1500's down to about 1350 in about 5 straight matches, because my teammates can't do stuff.
Really I just want tips on how to get out of this best, or also how to...

Spectating Test
Isn't the Spectating Mode test supposed to be going on now? I could've sworn that PDT was 3 hours behind EDT... and it's past 5:30 here.
If it's on, who do I use it?
