"20/6/7 with Garen yesterday. but i changed the build a little bit. instead of Infinity Edge i got Last whisper. didn;t finnished PD, only Zeal. and got Sunfire Cape at the end. But like you said. Boots of Swiftness and Frozen Mallet is a must for Garen. they saved me many times. "
