Altough you do not need the attack speed as you rarely use your Urgot basic-attack to kill an enemy and your W gives already maximum attack-speed. The slow for the active is a nice add-on too. But in my experience maxing W first is still the way to go because against a riven or any other champion that needs to go in your face, your W is your consistent damager at close range. I will look into my guide where it still says Q"
