Posted a Comment: "i disagree with maxing q first, if you harass enough with q they will be low enough for you to finish them with your stronger w and e. so you harass for a little, and then dive for the kill. then if it still doesn't go as planned, you have reduced cooldowns on your w and e so you can escape. at most"
