Every point of armor increases effective health exactly the same amount, doesn't matter if it's +1 armor at 0 or at 300."

"Greater Glyph of Celerity suck. They're only better than flat CDR at like lvl.13.
Most scaling runes equal their flat counterparts at lvl.6.
Get flat CDR if you ever use CDR blues."
