"One of the reasons why I use this rune set-up is because I also play other casters who I lane with and the Clarity Seals are very helpful in that situation. Thus, rather than having a separate full AP page, and a mage page, I just use a mage page for all my AP needs."

"I have personally been using greater mark of insight, greater seal of clarity, greater glyph of focus, and greater quintessence of potency. With these I am able to kill Golem without a leash if absolutely necessary, but always try to get a leash regardless. It gives you more security"

"Yeah, I'm thinking it will be much more useful now for revealing enemies instead of the teleport. The teleport is what makes it worthy of being an ult, but the global clairvoyance is very powerful for team awareness."

TF's Ult
So when are the best times to use TF's ult now. Obviously it used to be for picking up kills and backdooring all over the map, but now those two things are at least more difficult.
