Posted a Comment: "Yeah I do agree that these runes don't favor you at all in the laning phase. I think that teams play more around ashe arrow and ashe's utility, (W, passive, etc). Biscuits do provide decent sustain but end up being useful later, Ashe is not that bad when behind so I feel like being able to survive l"
