Posted a Comment: "Hi! Ive rescently decided I was goimg to master the dinger. I'm wondering though, is the spellvamp neccisary? I bet it increases his lane duration a bit, but he doesnt get the vamp from his turrets. besides, his passive does a lot of regen. Maybe that slot can be put to better use"
