Stoneborn Pact isn't good on Soraka, Windspeaker's Blessing will heal your allies alot more, it's intended to heal more because the champion is based on healing.
Stoneborn Pact is meant for tank supports that don't necessarily go all in to start fights.
Soraka is a squishy champ"
