9x Greater Seal of Scaling Health Regeneration (410ip each) is a pretty good option, at around lv5 it's almost equal to the 9x Greater Seal of Health Regeneration (820ip each). So these are much cheaper and better late game, the only downside is you'll go less ham early game.

I'm excited for patch 6.9 wink wink ;) If it goes through atleast. Lots of item changes regarding to mana, mana regen, AP and MR. It's going to be a pretty big change so will be fun to adapt the build.
