Posted a Comment: "Not really, Q needs a target for it to be stacked, and you will not be able to reach full stack before you kill the blue buff. But don't get me wrong the difference between Q and W is not much, it is more of what you prefer."

Since you get a leash it should not take enough time to make W useless. Personally I prefer to spam W in spawn so that I get a free stun when doing Blue. If you play in higher elo or face"

However Sorcery is definitly my second pick if I am feeling comfortable in my match up. I would replace Transcendence for Scorch since "

I often go for a more lane harass style were electrocute personally favors me. Fun fact is that I actually used predator in the support build previosuly, might revert it back as now w"

Between those I'll probably get boots or after the two items. Depending on the situation I'll either go more damage like Banshee, Lud"
