Posted a Comment: Jan 15th, 2012 "I think you HAVE to start with Doran's Blade because it gives you a nice chunk of HP which is really viable early game, a damage boost (in my opinion, all AD-carry's don't have enough base AD even with runes!), and some nice lifesteal which synergizes really well with Vampirism early game! "
