Posted a Comment: "A good decision process for choosing FoN or BV has to do with the CD and types of spells that the other team has in the repertoire. If you have casters that have low cd spells, a FoN is probably better, but if they have longer CD, nukes, or other hard hitting/combo spells, a BV is probably better. B"
