Akali is really weak during her 5 first lvl against some char, AP carry most of the time. Personnally, i play with the same runes as you exept for glyph and seals, i take flat mr, to get +20 earl"

Personnally i play with more offense items because of her ultimate which is making her just unkillable in teamfight. Just matter of taste. BUT i think you should learn some more stuff about h"
