Im playing a lot of AD and AP Sion and i've been running for AD sion:
3x Lifesteal Quints
9x Attack Speed Marks
9x Armor Flat Seals
9x Magic Resist Flat Glyph
and for AP Sion:

Hi guys, i've just saw a guide of Singed created by a pro player and he dosen't pick W until he must, so my question is: Why ?
