"It depends, without the CDR my Parrrley CD runs pretty even with mana regen. Decreasing the CD means more mana issues. Would you suggest putting the boots in before the IE altogether, or after the BF Sword? I just find i farm fast enough as it is that i can finish an IE relatively quickly."

"I've done the build quite a few times. The second rank of Raise Moral provides enough MS when combined with the zeal/Tforce. never have any problems with it."
