Remember that I only really use 4 items, Boots, TF, Gunblade, and GA.
If you want more damage and worried about Frozen Heart, buy more damage :P GA is really all you need for resistances.

"I don't think you should ever run a defensive sustain lane, kennen is one of the most aggressive laners in the game. Running exhaust and sustain instead of damage and kill potential is a huge waste of his early potential.
